Refund policy
Lois & Mae Skincare wants you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of our products, we want to know. While we do not accept returns of our product, we do issue refunds within 30 days of the delivery of your products. You can contact us with your concerns at customercare@loismaeskin.com. We will issue a full refund of your products, excluding shipping fees. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
