Shipping policy

Most orders will ship within 3-5 days. If you choose Free Shipping, Lois & Mae will select between different methods to ensure that your order gets to you as quickly as possible. An email will be sent to you once your order has shipped.

Currently, orders can only be shipped to U.S. addresses (including P.O. boxes). Furthermore, we are not able to ship to U.S. territories at this time. We hope to expand our shipping options in the near future.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customercare@loismaeskin.com with your order number and attach a photo of the item’s condition. We will address damaged items on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to find a satisfactory solution for you.
